Yes we offer nationwide next day delivery.

We have also introduced same day delivery on our cakes. We deliver in baton and surrounding Manchester areas.

We strive to provide top-notch products and service, but if any issues arise, we’re here to help. For inquiries, please use our customer enquiry form. If your cake arrives damaged, please email [email protected] with images. You can also call our Customer Care Team at 01204 396136, available Monday to Saturday 9am to 5pm and Sunday 9am to 1pm (email only).

All cakes are supplied fresh when you receive them.

Our cakes can be frozen for up to six months or stored in the fridge for three days once defrosted. Follow the handling instructions upon arrival and avoid refreezing.

We will send you an email confirming the collection time on your nominated date.

Dry ice is used to maintain freshness during transit. Your order will arrive securely packed, ready to be placed in your home freezer or defrosted.

We take great care to pack everything securely to ensure your parcel is delivered in perfect condition. If this is not the case please contact our team on [email protected] with a photo of your damaged items or packaging and we will resolve this for you.

Serves can vary between designs, and not all designs are available in every size. Sizes and serve info is available on each product page.

Average serving sizes are below, based on 2″ x 2″ square serves.

Small 6″ – Serves 19*
Medium 8″ – Serves 34*

We don’t specialise in fondant or novelty cakes. Our focus is on buttercream, fresh cream, and ganache cakes.
We may use fondant occasionally for small details, but it isn’t our main style.

At the moment we can usually take orders with 48 hours’ notice, depending on availability.
If you have a date in mind, please get in touch to check our availability.

For custom cakes which we would have to purchase additional props then 4 weeks minimum
 

All of our cakes are made with buttercream, fresh cream or ganache, so they must be kept refrigerated until you’re ready to display them for your event.


For the best flavour and texture, allow the cake to come to room temperature before serving.

For our standard cakes, we can refund 75% of the payment if you need to cancel your order.
You’re also welcome to reschedule your order if needed — just get in touch and we’ll do our best to accommodate you.

For custom cakes, a 50% deposit is required, with the remaining balance due before collection or delivery.

 
 
 
 

RF is an abbreviation of our founder’s name, Raeesah Fatakia. Here’s a fun fact: within Raeesah’s family, everyone’s initials happen to be RF. It seemed only fitting for her to embrace this unique connection and brand herself as RF.

All our cafés operate on a walk-in only basis and we don’t currently accept bookings.

Yes, you can enjoy our ‘East Meets West’ inspired afternoon tea. There’s no need to book in advance; just visit one of our cafés and ask a member of the team.

During busy periods we may enforce a 45-minute time limit from when you receive your food. If the café is quiet and there are no queues, you’re welcome to stay longer at the team’s discretion.

Queue times can vary from 5 to 40 minutes depending on how busy we are. Our team will always do their best to seat you as soon as possible.

We have a dedicated 16-seater events room in our Bolton store and 25 Seater events room in our Manchester store get in touch for availability and more information.

We do our best to cater to different dietary requirements.

  • We currently have limited vegan options

  • We have a wider selection for vegetarians

We’re working on adding more vegan-friendly dishes. In the meantime, please speak to a member of our team in store and they’ll do their best to help.

We do offer some gluten-free options, but all our food is prepared in a kitchen where gluten is present. We cannot guarantee that there won’t be any cross-contamination.

Yes,  all items on our menu, including breakfast dishes, are served all day.

Absolutely. We offer a range of milk alternatives including oat, soya, almond and coconut milk. Our baristas will be happy to help.

Yes, our entire menu is halal. For any specific dietary or allergen questions, please speak to a member of our team in store.

Our gift cards are available in store and are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. They are redeemable in-store only.
