RF Bakery Refunds & Returns Policy
At RF Bakery, we are committed to ensuring our customers are satisfied with their purchases. Due to the bespoke nature of our baked goods and their perishable nature, please carefully review the following policies regarding returns and refunds:
Cancelling an Order
Under the Distance Selling Regulations, you have the right to cancel your order at any time before dispatch. However, once your order has been dispatched, cancellations are not possible due to the perishable nature of our products. If you wish to cancel your order, please contact our Customer Service Team as soon as possible. Please note that cancellations must be made before the order is dispatched.
Returning Special Order Items
All of our baked goods are made to order, and therefore, returns are not accepted. Special Orders, which include custom cakes and other bespoke items, are non-refundable. However, if there is an issue with your order, we encourage you to contact us to discuss potential solutions.
Faulty or Damaged Goods
In the unlikely event that you receive faulty or damaged goods, please notify us within 48 hours of receipt. You can email our Customer Service Team at [email protected] or call us on 01925 84 66 84. Please include photographic evidence of the damage and retain all packaging for our inspection. Depending on the situation, we may offer a replacement, credit, or refund.
Refunds
We aim to process all refunds within 28 working days of receipt of the returned goods or approval of the refund. Refunds will be made to the original payment method used at the time of purchase. If a refund is issued, the ownership of the returned or faulty goods will transfer back to us.
Taste Concerns
Taste is subjective and personal. We do not accept returns or issue refunds for products based on personal taste preferences. However, if you have concerns about the quality of the product, please contact us within 2 working days of receipt, and we may, at our discretion, offer a credit voucher.

Additional Notes
Gift vouchers are non-refundable. However, Afternoon Tea or Café vouchers may be exchanged for equivalent general online gift vouchers, provided they have not passed their expiry date.
If the recipient of the goods differs from the person who placed the order, any agreement regarding refunds or credits made with the recipient will be final.
