Freshly baked by our team and beautifully presented, ready to gift.
Traybakes should be stored in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight and heat.
Buttercream and ganache traybakes can be kept at room temperature for up to 24 hours.
Chantilly cream traybakes must be refrigerated and kept chilled until serving.
For best results, remove from the fridge 30–45 minutes before serving.
Shelf life:
Buttercream & ganache: best enjoyed within 48–72 hours
Chantilly cream: best enjoyed within 24–48 hours
All traybakes are made as single-layer cakes, perfect for easy slicing and sharing.
Approximate portions (dessert slices):
20 × 15 cm – serves 6–10
30 × 20 cm – serves 12–22
Portion sizes may vary depending on how the traybake is cut.
If you’re unsure which size to choose, we recommend selecting the larger option.
