Traybakes should be stored in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight and heat.
Buttercream and ganache traybakes can be kept at room temperature for up to 24 hours.
Chantilly cream traybakes must be refrigerated and kept chilled until serving.
For best results, remove from the fridge 30–45 minutes before serving.
